SRX13829062: Deep sequecing of Avian coronavirus Beaudette strain at 13th passage in VERO cells
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 5M spots, 1.5G bases, 594Mb downloads

Design: ds-cDNAs were prepared using random primers, SuperScript III Reverse Transcriptase (Invitrogen) and 3-5 exo Klenow DNA Polymerase (Ambion) as per manufacturer and libraries were obtained using Nextera Sample Preparation (Illumina), purified with magnetic beads using AMPure XP (Beckman Coulter Life Sciences) and quantified with qPCR using KAPA Fast Universal (Sigma-Aldrich). Reads were then obtained in a NextSeq500 MID Output 300 System (Illumina) (2 x 150pb).
